The Guts to Heal Discovery Workshop provides you with knowledge and tools you need to understand and reduce:

Come join me for an enriching series of adventuring through your digestive system! Learn how to identify where and why your gut is imbalanced. Take a little time to relax too, and enjoy some delicious foods that I will prepare. Here is a snapshot of what we learn:
1. Assessing and Troubleshooting your Digestion.
Have you been trying to figure out what foods are causing your digestive problems? Do you wonder if there is a connection between a certain food and your inability to think clearly/sleep well/feel happy? Maybe you've even eliminated foods and worry that you'll never be able to eat them again!

Therefore, we start the day with a better-than-basics introduction to your gut. We'll use my digestive questionnaire to help you to identify what and where your digestive imbalances are and how they relate to changes in your health, moods and energy levels.

Lay down and relax while I take you through a meditative exercise called the Body Scan. This exercise is useful for relaxing, for learning more about what is happening inside your body, for receiving insights on how your emotions influence your biology, and for developing trust in your "inner knowing" or "gut feeling" of what is best for you at a given time.
You will be able to repeat this simple exercise at home anytime you need to relax or learn more about what is happening inside your body. Everybody loves this part of the workshop! Many are amazed by what they discover.
