Briefly About My Training
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2012. I have been specializing in Digestive Health since 2013 and provide private consultations, educational programs and food workshops.
After a few years of working with clients, I developed the Guts to Heal Action Program as well as the Fermented Foodies Culture Club - both developed to educate and empower people with how to heal and grow in digestive and emotional health. These workshops are held regularly in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada and in Chacala, Nayarit, Mexico.
You can check out testimonials about me or my programs, or read my newspaper articles here as well take a peek at what I talk about on my personal and business Facebook pages.
Nutrition is, and always has been, close to my heart as a retired professional ballet dancer and now mother of two young girls - my second child and I having had several illnesses that we've now recovered from. I also hold a degree in Geography & Resource Management and enjoyed working in forest pathology and entomology (ironically symbolic of our inner ecosystems:) prior to starting a family and switching to a career in human health.
