Water kefir is traditional fermented drink that is slightly sweet and carbonated. It contains beneficial bacteria and yeasts, enzymes, organic acids, minerals, a range of B vitamins, vitamin K2 (MK-7) and folic acid. It is simple and fast to make and only requires water, sugar and the culture. The longer it ferments, the less sweet it is. The kit includes a vibrant live culture, ingredients for your first brew, instructions, recipes and a 2-litre glass jar.
